A collection that has become increasingly popular with women for a philosophy that applies the modern pret-à-porter concept to the robe de mariée or wedding dress. Dresses that are available today – without having to try
on endless types – directly in bridal boutiques, in a wide range of models and variety of sizes and colours.

Gradually created as an evolution of the Elegante line in response to the needs and requests of a number of customers, the collection has proved increasingly successful, becoming a complete range featuring over 30 models a season (from new styles to evergreen classics), available in selected sales outlets. The models are complemented by a range of sophisticated extras and accessories, such as head-pieces, tiaras, veils, gloves, jewel minaudières, crystal rivières or elegant bijoux flowers. A range of footwear is also available, featuring sandals and pumps as well as comfortable, classy bridal shoes.

A style of every kind of woman, in touch with the mood of the modern wedding. From sophisticated white bridal dresses for traditional church ceremonies to more minimal urban looks, bucolic-chic models, airy goddess dresses, princess-style tube dresses, immaculate bustier dresses with heart-shaped necklines or refined see-through details.
The colour range spans all possible shades of total white (optical, ivory, pale and rich cream, pearl), shifting delicately towards champagne and powder-pink tones or an endless range of pastel nuances.

With the competition "fancy three minutes of fame? yes, i do",
brides-to-be who purchase a max mara wedding dress
from the 8th of march to the 6th of november
and fill in a simple questionnaire,
adding a short account of a few moments of their story,
will have the chance to win a professional video recording of
their special day that they’ll cherish forever.

The young up-and-coming director marco righi will discreetly
follow the happy couples throughout their wedding day,
immortalising the most significant, original and
emotional episodes that help make the day truly special.

The video will then be made visible on the website
bridal.maxmara.com, where users can share it.


Marco Righi, 28, was born in Reggio Emilia. his debut film,
"i giorni della vendemmia" (2010), produced and distributed by Ierà,
is currently showing in italian cinemas.
it has been acclaimed by the italian cinema d'essai federation (Fice),

THE UNDERSIGNED MAX MARA SOCIETA’ UNIPERSONALE S.r.l., HEADQUARTERED IN VIA GIULIA MARAMOTTI 4, 42124 REGGIO EMILIA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF BOOSTING SALES OF ITS PRODUCTS, HAS ORGANISED THE FOLLOWING PRIZE COMPETITION NAMED “MAX MARA BRIDAL – FANCY THREE MINUTES OF FAME? YES, I DO”.

OPEN TO   
all women who purchase a Max Mara Bridal dress in Max Mara stores, marry in the months of June, July, August, September, October and December 2012 and register with the website bridal.maxmara.com.

MECHANISM   
To take part in the competition, entrants must purchase a Max Mara Bridal dress during the period in which the promotion is valid, then visit and register with the website bridal.maxmara.com, indicating their name, surname, full postal address complete with postcode, telephone number, e-mail address and wedding date.  
Contestants must also attach a full-length photo and answer a number of questions, including an open-ended question that requires an answer of between 5 and 10 lines.
Answers and photos must be uploaded to bridal.maxmara.com by the dates indicated below.
 
For each period, a jury will award a prize to the entry (long answer + photo) it considers the best, and the winners will star in their own wedding video, which will be published on the website bridal.maxmara.com.

Contestants must provide true and accurate personal details, otherwise any prizes awarded will go to the first reserve selected.

There will be a total of six selections.

Replies must be sent and selections made according to the following calendar:

 Prize for June 2012:
-    wedding dress purchased: from 08 March to 23 April 2012;
-    entries sent: by 27 April 2012;
-    selection: by 16 May 2012;
-    wedding held in the month of June with video recorded.

Prize for July 2012:
-    wedding dress purchased: from 08 March to 22 May 2012;
-    entries sent: by 28 May 2012;
-    selection: by 18 June 2012;
-    wedding held in the month of July with video recorded.

 Prize for August 2012:
-    wedding dress purchased: from 08 March to 22 June 2012;
-    entries sent: by 28 June 2012;
-    selection: by 16 July 2012; 
-    wedding held in the month of August with video recorded.

Prize for September 2012:
-    wedding dress purchased: from 08 March to 10 July 2012;
-    entries sent: by 12 July 2012;
-    selection: by 24 July 2012; 
-    wedding held in the month of September with video recorded.

Prize for October 2012:
-    wedding dress purchased: from 08 March to 30 August 2012;
-    entries sent: by 03 September 2012;
-    selection: by 18 September 2012; 
-    wedding held in the month of October with video recorded.

Prize for December 2012:
-    wedding dress purchased: from 08 March to 30 October 2012;
-    entries sent: by 06 November 2012;
-    selection: by 20 November 2012; 
-    wedding held in the month of December with video recorded.

The winning entries will be selected at the delegated company to which entries are sent, before an official of the Chamber of Commerce or a notary.    

The winners will be contacted by telephone more than once a day for 3 consecutive days, and within 4 days of receiving the telephone call must send a registered letter to the address indicated accepting the win, together with a copy of their identity document and a document attesting to the date of their wedding.

In the event of failure to reply, the prize will be awarded to the first available reserve, following the order of selection.
 

Should the winner cancel or postpone her wedding, she will no longer be entitled to the prize, which will be awarded to the first reserve on the list.

5 reserve names will be selected for each of the six selections, for use in the event that the winners of the prizes cannot be contacted, have provided incorrect or false personal details or decide for any reason not to accept the prize.
 
PRIZES   
From 1st to 6th prize: Recording and assembly of the winner’s wedding video and viewing on the website bridal.maxmara.com.
Value of the prize:  € 2500.00 + VAT = €  3025.00 each, amounting to a total of € 15,000.00 + VAT  = € 18,150.00.

ADVERTISING       
The competition will be advertised on the website maxmara.com and in Max Mara stores.

RIGHT  OF RECOVERY
Pursuant to article 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 29/9/73, we declare that we will not exercise the right of recovery vis-à-vis the prize winners. 

SERVER LOCATION
The server for the collection and management of the data relating to the competition is located in the offices of the company organising the competition.

MISCELLANEOUS   
Entrants fully and unconditionally accept the rules and clauses contained in this regulation, without limitations of any kind. The winners also authorise Max Mara s.r.l. to publish and use their image and interviews with them on the website maxmara.com, for a period of at least one year.

The competition is open to contestants resident in Italy only.
As regards the collection of personal details, the organising company shall comply with the regulations set out in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
   
The organising company accepts no liability for any problem of access, difficulty or malfunction regarding the telephone line, transmission, connection, postal inefficiencies or causes of any kind outwith its control.   

The prizes may not be replaced with any others or converted into cash, nor may consumers request, with or without the addition of a sum of money, a different prize of any kind.
Should the prizes advertised become available, they will be replaced with prizes of similar value and if possible with similar characteristics.

NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION   
Any prizes not requested or not awarded will go to the following non-profit organisation:
